Most coffee is background noise — a beige cup of “fine” to get you vertical. Hummingbird! Blend isn’t here to keep you comfortable. It's here to roast the day before the day gets a chance to roast you — smooth, medium roast, full-bodied, built to hit back.

One medium blend, cut four ways: a smooth Arabica breakfast base for body and depth, with high-caffeine Robusta layered in for the payload. Pick the grind your brewer actually wants, and the size that keeps you stocked.

  • Roughly 2× the caffeine of a standard cup — a Robusta kick layered on the blend (estimated from its Robusta content, not lab-tested; individual sensitivity varies).

  • Medium, small-batch roasted several times a week and shipped fresh — never sitting inventory.
